PHASE 1 — DESIGN CONSULTATION

PHASE 2 — SPACE PLANNING & CONCEPT
What I do:
• Visit the space
• Take measurements & photos
• Create the space plan/layout
• Develop the design concept
• Create mood boards
• Select colors, materials & finishes
Your role:
• Share feedback
• Review the layout & concept
• Approve the design direction
PHASE 3 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Refining the Vision
Once the design concept is approved, we begin developing the details.
What I do:
• Refine floor plans & layouts
• Select finishes, materials & colors
• Develop kitchen & bathroom designs
• Design millwork, tile details & feature elements
• Prepare design presentations
• Meet with you to review selections & finalize decisions
Your role:
• Review design presentations
• Provide feedback
• Make final selections & decisions
• Approve the design before documentation begins
PHASE 4 — CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS
Bringing the Design to Life
With the design finalized, we create the detailed plans and specifications needed to move the project forward.
What I do:
• Create final floor plans & layouts
• Prepare elevations & detailed drawings
• Finalize material & finish schedules
• Document kitchen & bathroom details
• Provide specifications for furniture, fixtures & finishes
• Prepare documents for contractors and vendors
Your role:
• Review the final plans
• Confirm final selections
• Approve the documentation
• Be available for any final decisions
PHASE 5 — PROJECT ADMINISTRATION & DESIGN OVERSIGHT
Keeping the Project on Track
As construction begins, I stay involved to help ensure the design is being executed as planned.
What I do:
• Answer questions from contractors
• Review site conditions
• Conduct site visits as needed
• Review progress & design details
• Document and communicate changes
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants
• Help keep the project moving smoothly
Your role:
• Stay informed throughout the project
• Review and approve any necessary changes
• Communicate decisions in a timely manner
• Stay connected with your contractor
